It all started with an incredibly popular food truck selling cheese toasties, realising the potential and obvious demand, the pair opened up The Cheese Bar when a restaurant became available turning a cheesy dream into reality!
Serving a range of cheeses in pretty much every way possible, your entire dining experience will be literally topped with cheese from entree to dessert. Their famous raclette skillet combines meal and experience with melted raclette cheese scraped straight into your dish. “You won’t find it anywhere else” says Yanina.
For dessert, indulge in their cream cheese brulées, or share the ‘grande cheese fondue’. Quality cheeses and meats from France and Italy, along with Ōamaru’s Whitestone Cheeses, each dish is culinary excellence.
