Best rooftop bar in Wellington?

The Arborist in Wellington is a hotspot that everyone's talking about, especially for its incredible rooftop bar! They've got it set up so you can kick back with a cocktail and some tasty food while you watch the sun go down – all without worrying about Wellington's notorious wind... and you're on a rooftop... like, the thinking behind the execution of this is insanely good. 

Their gorgeous menu is diverse and covering everything from brunch to dinner, with plenty of flavoursome share plates to go around. And they're big on catering to different diets, so fret not vegans, there's something for everyone! 

We particularly love the bar snacks, like parmesan fries, or their famed haloumi fries! And don't even get me started on their floral alcoholic slushies – they're a must!

We also really like the way The Arborist attracts all sorts of people, it's got a chilled-out vibe that appeals to everyone and the staff and super accommodating and hospitable!

Yes, we've been harping on about the beer and pub grub but, don't rule this one out for a mean brekkie! The food is top-notch, all the classics done well, and the coffee? Fantastic.
