How do I use Treat NZ?

You can buy a one-off deal for $8 each time. Or if you're going to be treating yourself more often, subscribe for just $12 a month and get unlimited deals for free with your subscriptions

Once you're subscribed, you'll be sent the secret checkout code that will wipe the $8 fee! This code can only be used by members.

After you've made your booking, we will send a confirmation. After that, you're good to go!

Enjoy your Treat, tag us in a photo using @Treat.NZ and leave the restaurant an awesome review!

Where can I use my subscription?

Search restaurants via the "Find A Treat" page for participating restaurants. All Treat NZ associates are proud locally owned and operated in New Zealand.

What offers are available?

Each restaurant defines their Treat, so be sure to check on their individual page for details.

Can I use my subscription for takeouts?

No. Treat is only for customers dining in.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Within your account, you will have the option to cancel your subscription. Otherwise, contact us by email at and we can do the rest!

Can I use Treat NZ every day?

Yes, non-subscribers can buy as many deals as they want... But those $8 fees will rack up - memberships are valid 7 days a week and bookings are unlimited!

Can I get a refund on my yearly subscription?

Year subscriptions are NOT refundable. You have a 30 day grace period where you may contact us by email at to receive a refund, after these 30 days the fee is not refundable.


I need to cancel/amend my booking, what do I do?

Please email '' if you need to amend your booking as soon as possible.

Should you need to amend your booking less than 2 hours before. Please phone your restaurant.

Do I have to book?

Yes please! Bookings are necessary. If the restaurant accepts walk-ins, we will make this obvious on their page.

How many people can I book with?

Treat discounts are only valid for up to 4 diners per 1 membership. You may use multiple memberships per booking (e.g. a booking of 8 with 2 memberships), at the discretion of the restaurant.

Do I have to buy a drink?

Yes, please purchase a drink (does not have to be alcoholic), with your meal.
