In New Zealand, drinking coffee is generally seen as either a cultural event or a functional need, instead as a sensorial experience, making it almost impossible to recognise the difference between commercial and specialty roasted coffee.
A skyrocket price trend has made coffee a privilege, so why not look for artisanal or craft
roasted coffee options close to you, when prices are the same in almost any cafe and coffee cart.
After greeting you with a cup of our freshly roasted single origin or Bubu blend coffee, a roasting session (including pre and post roasting protocols) is carried out. Both commercially and especially roasted coffees will be poured and tested, before we close the event with a short Q&A session.
Intended for a non-trained audience, but experts are also welcomed to contribute with the discussion.
Booking is essential. Maximum 10 people so get in quick!
